Special Agent Oso is a CGI-animated children's series that was created by Ford Riley and produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. It ran from April 4th, 2009 to February 14th, 2011 on Playhouse Disney, then ran on Disney Junior (Playhouse Disney's replacement) until March 13th, 2013.

History

Originally, in 2004, it was going to be pitched as a series of interstitials for Playhouse Disney. However, during development, it was moved to series development track. The pilot was made somewhere around June 2007 and pitched to Disney to see if the concept would be greenlit as a full series, which was later did and production would begin in mid-2008.

Availability

As of 2024, no footage of the pilot is available, with only 2 pictures of the pilot have resurfaced.
