Discoveries
An IMDb page for the special exists, but little more than a brief plot, cast list and date can be read.[1], an archived Nick.com web page describes the special in great detail.[2] a YouTube video detailing the magazine contains one page inside that details the special and its airdate and airtime.[3] On December 21st, 2016, Lost Media Wiki User Luray has found 2 screenshots of animated segments from the special found on an article by broadcastnewsroom.com. In addition, the special includes birthday wishes from Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Jeff Gordon and Shaquille ONeal. [4]

Writers note - LarryInc64:
I'm still putting this together; I remember wanting to watch this but getting the time zones wrong and missing the entire thing, just getting the last bit, with the host thanking people for watching in front of a crowd, I think it might have been live. I should still have that 10th birthday issue somewhere; there should be more info inside of it.

Found Special
Here is the special in all of its entirety in a raw VOB file for the archiving purists out there:
Nickelodeon Big 10 Birthday Special
Founder's Note: This is just a raw VOB file that was taken off a DVD recording from my personal VHS recording made in 2003. It is very watchable, but still in your standard VHS quality. I was a kid, I did not know much about recording in the best ways possible. I will be working on an upload to various streaming sites to preserve as much as possible of the quality while also avoiding the wrath of Viacom. I will edit this part of the article once that is done, or see it gone if someone else does it first.
For now, enjoy the raw file for preservation purposes of a piece of Nick history, and a rare performance of Weird Al on Nick! Also enjoy these preview shots while waiting for the download:
