Sadly this show was believed to have been Victim of the BBC Wiping from 1967 to 1974,
Unfortunately, the series is believed to have been lost due to the BBC's purge of serials that they deemed had little commercial value in the 1970s. There are rumors, however, that the miniseries was released on Betamax. Additionally, with the findings of once-long-lost media such as the early episodes of ''Dr. Who'', there may be some copies of the miniseries left somewhere.

there is some source http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0187699/reviews?ref_=tt_urv claiming her mother has the series on VHS and Lives in France, Nothings been heard since that post from 2012

Little other information is available, as no footage or other images of the miniseries can be found.
