Totoong Narco-list (transl. "True Narco-list") was a series of video uploaded on April 2019, which accused Paolo Duterte, son of Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte, for receiving money from a crime syndicate, and using the brother of his brother-in-law as a dummy for the transactions. The video features a hooded-figure identified himself as "Bikoy" against the dark background making the statements. All of the videos had been deleted since but not before the media and Facebook pages manage to record some of the snippet of the video. Most of the people named on the list are from the opposition.

Information

In "Ang Totoong Narco List - Episode 1", uploaded on YouTube on April 5, 2019, it shows the news reports of President Rodrigo Duterte releasing the list of politicians so-called "narco-list" allegedly involved in the drug trade. However, it states that the Philippine National Police (PNP) cannot file cases against those in the "narco-list" because of lack of evidence.

In "Ang Totoong Narco List - Episode 3", uploaded on YouTube on April 10, 2019, this time implicates senatorial candidate Bong Go, whom "Bikoy" claimed that Go is involved in an illegal drug trade and also has a dragon tattoo on his back allegedly "containing the alphanumeric code of his drug transactions."[1]

In "Ang Totoong Narco List - Episode 4", uploaded on April 13, 2019, the hooded-figure Bikoy discloses Bong Go's tattoo on his back which has been partially removed. It also shows the documents showing the multi-million bank transfers allegedly owned by Paolo Duterte and Waldo Carpio (brother of Sara Duterte's husband Manases Carpio).
