Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z is a Japanese adaptation of the original 1998 Television show The Powerpuff Girls. While the show did have an English dub produced by Ocean Productions, Inc., it was never officially broadcast in North America, and only aired in Australia, Latin America, and the Philippines. Currently, TV broadcast recordings of the dub have been archived on the internet, but high-quality recordings matching the original Japanese footage have yet to fully surface.
However, a Thailand DVD release of the entire show did contain high-quality footage of the show in its obscure English dub, likely due to said dub being the version that other languages translated from. [1][2]
Status
Unfortunately, copies of the two Thailand DVDs have long since gone out of print and are extremely rare today. Although Episodes 1-26 of the English dub have been recovered from the Complete Season 1 Thailand DVD, none of the episodes from the Season 2 DVD have ever been fully uploaded to the internet.
