LittleBigPlanet 2 is a puzzle platform sequel created by Media Molecule and published by Sony for the PlayStation 3. It received widely acclaim and is considered one of the best games in the series. The game was also promoted by Toyota and 7-Eleven for free and exclusive content for the game. However, in 2011, a Facebook game was made to promote LittleBigPlanet 2

Background

Little Big Arcade is a Facebook game created by Kerb by commission to make a quick-play arcade game to live on Facebook and communicate the key product details of LBP2; Play, Create and Share. The Facebook game uses Facebook friends profiles to create mini-levels.[1] The good guys, bad guys, and friends needing rescuing are generated from the players content. The game received positive reviews, and effectively communicated in both creative nature and social nature. Players also took pride in their creation and took screenshots on what they made.

Availability

After LBP 2 was released, the game was closed from Facebook. No photos or videos of the game or user generated levels exists or archived and the game isn’t playable.
