FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR THE SPECIAL ¡Despierta Katty! , Red Latin American Wiggle Frank Madrid (Francisco) confirmed to me on Facebook it does not exist; it was just a promotional photo taken of the group to show off the Latin American Wiggles.
