Kids For Character?

I know this may not contribute to the search but I can tell you the first time I ever heard of this series was in this weird short film that was made for some sort of educational social skills purpose called Kids For Character, it featured these 6 kids that hosted the short and it also featured other children's TV shows that were popular at the time such as Barney, The Magic Dinosaur and Gullah Gullah Island, Lamb Chop's Play Along was featured in this short film as well, it featured Lamb Chop and her Ventriloquist talking about Fairness, so that sort of contributes this search but I really do not know if this counts as found lost media for Lamb Chop's Play Along, but at least it sort of helps? Yeah that's all I got...

I wish I got more to tell you about the show but sadly that's a no since I never existed at the time the show aired and the fact I never even heard of the show since the show never aired in Australia... So I just hope this is at least something! I will catch up if I ever find anything else! Thank You!
