So it looks like some of these were released on official DVDs as part of the 紗綾(15-0) / Saya (15-0) series. There appear to be 3 of them: 1Set, 2Set and 3Set. They were also released as a DVD-BOX, which contains an extra DVD: https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/139021945
Pretty sure they're just a digest as each volume is roughly an hour long, but the descriptions seem to imply that they're mostly swimsuit footage compilations.

Lastly, just a note: The Romaji is slightly wrong. Each DVD should be -gatsu gou, not tsuki-gou. Ie 1-gatsu gou, 2-gatsu gou etc.
