The clown was shown in Carpetbagger's video where he did a tour of Creative Engineering, apparently it was supposed to be for an information booth at malls and such. Also, I believe that some tapes of the other shows Creative Engineering sold and the Rockafire explosion ones were destroyed in a gas explosion that happened there decades ago, it took 2 years to rebuild that place.
