the main website shows up a whole lot when i look up the sm url (sm13822734). at least it did when i found it, now they only have one result to it. the links that showed up had the whole interface url (http-www-nicovideo-jp-watch-sm13822734) inside of them

since there are a lot of results i doubt they have the video but here is a link that also had another niconico url after it:
