Probably no relation as Marvel kept a pretty consistent 'house style' for Spidey and every other character when portrayed promotionally for a while in the 70s through the early 90s. Same thing for these cartoons looking kinda like the 80s shows, it all looked just kinda John Romita Sr.-esque.
These cartoons Spidey has the updated spider symbol with the 4 legs down and 4 up, which just became the standard for promo around the early 90s as artists were doing it that way in the comics for a while by then. Before then and in the 80s shows he has the oldschool symbol with all the spider legs facing down
