Some new info has come out on those VHS tapes. In total, there are 3-4 180min long tapes recorded in normal recording mode. According to DanAdamKOF, recording the tapes is still on the backburner, but he might be able to step up the timetable for them, if he can find someone to help out with the other projects he's been working on. Even with that said, his wife further clarified they probably wouldn't get around to it until 2025 at the earliest.

Most of DanAdamKOF's projects appear to be hardware focused (especially arcade cabs and retro consoles) and he regularly posts about them on his Discord. If anyone is mechanically inclined and would like to volunteer their time, feel free to pop him a message. Otherwise, it looks like about all we can do now is wait.
