There are two problems with this. One, DVDs of idols under 15 (since that seems to be Japan's "cutoff age" when it comes to being a "junior idol" or a regular one) continued to be commonly produced and released through the end of 2016, and somewhat rarely released through 2020 (either compilations of recycled footage or previously-shot but still unreleased footage from 2016 or earlier) and the occasional media of idols under 18 continue to be released today, though with much-toned-down content. Second, DMM is only one retailer, and Spice Visual products are not exclusive to them. Pretty much any outlet that sells idol videos will have Spice Visual products, including Amazon. I think it has something to do with Mirai Akiyoshi personally.
