Hi! Super late response here. If you're still having problems playing the game with its high fps, I'd suggest trying the vsync patch for TH06/EoSD and following the included instructions https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Game_Tools_and_Modifications#Vsync_Patches (although I couldn't get it to fix the problem on my end) otherwise playing the game in window mode (not fullscreen) does the trick
