Status: Got a Cold, feeling quite dead.
Lost Scandinavian Media or Kristoffer Walters as I also go by, is a Norwegian Tech nerd who loves to play games, watch Doctor Who and shows from his childhood and also loves to hunt for missing content to bring them back to life.
I created the YouTube channel in mid-2022 for the sole purpose of trying to find missing content, my first hunt was with an old Norwegian childrens programme called "Uhu!".[1]
I made a video about it where I talked about the show itself and how much was lost, during research and making of the video and even after publishing the video I continued to send emails to NRK (the TV station and copyright owners of the programme) about the show.[2]
After I shared the video in some Norwegian Facebook groups who also felt nostalgic it took off, 3 months later and NRK came out with news of new copyright plans where they were allowed to release their content from the 90s to 2008 to their website.
Only 2 weeks after that wonderful update we finally got all 3 season of "Uhu!" on the website "tv.nrk.no" which is where it stays today.[3]
I hope to help finding more lost media, nowadays after seeing a Tweet of JoJo's Circus I have come back after a long break to hunt again.[4]
I made the JoJo's Circus LostMediaWiki Page and then shared it to their Discord Server for some help and in only a few days of hunting and documentation, i have (with help of other members from LMW Discord Server) found missing media for JoJo's Circus as well with continuing good progress.[5]
