The Dieting Gourmet was a diet cooking show hosted by Nutritionist and Home Economist Winfred Scott. The show was aired every Saturday from February 8th, 1975, until at least July 5th, 1975, on syndication.[1][2] Each episode was 30 minutes long.

Status

Little else is known about the show; it would have featured cooking methods, cooking hints, inflation-fighting tips, guests and preparation of meals directed toward the diet-conscious audience.[3]

The show has never been re-aired for many years and only newspaper advertisements subsist.
