Meme popularity

On March 29, 2015, Vine user sturfur posted the infamous clip of Emmett saying "Whoops, my anarchy symbol".[4] However, the original user who posted it was Felix the poop cat on February 21, 2015.[5] It soon gained popularity with multiple Tumblr users drawing their characters saying the phrase.[6]
