Tarzan and the Jewels of Opar (though some pages list it as Tarzan and the Jewel of Opar; the former matches the spelling of a Burroughs books) is an unfinished film worked on in 1964. It was to start Don Bragg, an American Olympian who won the gold medal in the pole vault in 1960.[1] Bragg was known for his outspoken desire to play the role of Tarzan, which extended to doing a "Tarzan shout" during competitions.

Production on this film stopped when the estate of Tarzan's creator, Edgar Rice Burroughs, sued for copyright infringement. Production never resumed. Little more information about the production of the film or what survived from production is available.
