Took a surprising amount of effort to encourage Granada higher-ups of the show's potential, necessitating two pilots and some backing by Granada's personnel. Still, a cornerstone of British television was born... Florizel Street... or it would have been had anyone liked the original title! Could have been called Jubilee Street too.)
