"Oomisoka da yo! Poketto Monsutaa" (It's New Year's Eve! Pocket Monsters Encore) is an hour-long New Year's special for the popular anime series Pokémon that was set to air on December 31, 1997, between episodes 39 and 40. It likely would have been a simple recap of all of the show's most notable events up to that point, but was ultimately cancelled due to the fallout of the infamous "Pokémon seizure incident" that occurred earlier that month due to "Computer Warrior Porygon". It also likely used footage from the said episode.

While the episode was never aired, another two-hour New Year's special, "It's the New Year! Pocket Monsters Special", aired two years later and may have used material originally created for the 1997 special. Other than that, no footage of the special has surfaced.

This episode shares the reputation of being one of four Pokémon episodes to have never been released, the other three being "Battle of the Quaking Island! Barboach VS Whiscash!!" and "Rocket-dan VS Plasma-dan!" two-part episode.
