Metallica: The Game (A.K.A. Damage Inc.: The Game) is a cancelled 2005 openworld driving/shooter video game created by Black Label Games and developed by Vivendi Universal Games for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. The game would feature music and themes by the heavy metal band Metallica.

Development was cancelled sometime around late 2004. In 2010, the band's Vocalist/Rhythm guitarist James Hetfield confirmed that the game was indeed cancelled. He also confirmed that plans for a remake of the game for the PSP were made around the beginning of the platform's lifespan, but this too was cancelled.

In mid-2011 Metallica released some concept art for the game, and some beta gameplay footage has surfaced on YouTube. It is unknown if the game will ever be revived, but for now, it seems as though it won't be.
