When MasterChef: The Professionals had such an incident in 2020, the rumour mill went in full swing... was it to do with violent conduct or an NDA violation with a shipping company? Turns out it was health-related, though whether it was down to poor contestant health or a COVID-19 protocol violation remains unclear. Like with the Hell's Kitchen and Countdown examples, don't expect a public release.
