The 2022 presidential campaign of Bongbong Marcos began on October 6, 2021, when he filed his candidacy for the 2022 Philippine presidential election under the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas. Bongbong Marcos, a former senator of the Philippines from 2010 to 2016, is the son of former president and dictator Ferdinand Marcos.

The Miting de Avanse of Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and Sara Duterte were held three venues in the Philippines: in Guimbal, Iloilo on May 3, 2022;[2] in Tagum City on may 5, 2022;[3] and in Parañaque on May 7, 2022.[4]

Availability

The live coverage was aired on SMNI News Channel and through their social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook Live. However, the full copy of Miting de Avanse were lost due to the termination of both of their social platforms. On 7 July 2023, YouTube terminated the channels of SMNI and one of its programs, Laban Kasama ang Bayan (transl. Fight with the People), along with KJC, following a previous ban on Quiboloy's YouTube channel which was terminated on 21 June. Google later stated that their actions were in compliance with existing sanctions by the United States against Quiboloy pursuant to the US Global Magnitsky Act and harmful misinformation regarding red-tagging.[5] On 15 September 2023, the SMNI News Facebook page was deleted, in accordance to Meta's Dangerous Organizations and Individuals Policy.[6]
