Release of surviving footage

On July 28th, 2022, the official Cynic Facebook page posted two images and a video from a lost music video for the song "King of Those Who Know".[1][2] The song is the seventh track on Cynic's second studio album, Traced in Air, which was released in 2008.

The footage was taken at the Aztec pyramid at El Tepozteco, Mexico in 2010. Two images and a 35-second video clip were posted. The images and video feature Cynic's live lineup at the time as well as Mary Paz, an Argentinean actress, dressed in pure white outfits.[2]

When asked by a fan if the video was ever finished and if it would ever be released, Cynic responded and confirmed the footage had been lost.[3]
