File:Nickelodeon Commercial Break 7 - February 1999
A commercial break on Nickelodeon featuring a promo for the special (2:38 - 2:54).

One of the many spin-offs of Nickelodeon's KaBlam!, An Off-Beats Valentine's was, basically put, the famous short from the show's first half-hour TV holiday special (out of possibly multiple) for Valentine's Day, where Tommy and Beth of the Populars develop a crush on each other, while September reminisces about February (a female cat he was once in love with) and Tommy would finally be seen without his hat. It initially aired in 1999 on Nickelodeon's "Nickel-O-Zone", and was cited in a press-release with "We've had the same team of independent animators and voiceover kids for the past four years, so everyone really understood their characters and was ready to jam,".

Music for the special was uploaded by the show's creator Mo Willems on his website, originally coming from a mock album Curious Pictures had made for the crew called "The Off-Beats Beats". This included a new version of the show's theme, haunting music about September and February's romance and the war that tore it apart and an ironically terrible love song DJed by September during the Valentine's dance, which was played very low in the mix in the special "so no one could hear the terrible lyrics sung off-key" (by Willems). The entire script was also uploaded by Willems on the "Some Scripts" section of his website before removal, but beyond that there's remains little of this special to be found.

UPDATE 28/02/2014:

Thanks to a generous anonymous contributor and original anonymous ripper and website, the special has been found and uploaded in its entirety!
