Happening '68 (later known as Happening '69 and simply Happening) was a rock and roll variety show that was produced by Dick Clark Productions and aired on ABC. It premiered on January 6, 1968 and was canceled in October 1969.

The show was co-hosted by Mark Lindsay and Paul Revere. Their band Paul Revere and the Raiders would make frequent appearances. Guest performers would lip-sync their latest releases, and band contests were held with celebrity judges.
