===Episode 12===
A leaked animatic starts with a mazzadril roaring against Hanazuki’s group, with Hanazuki questioning Doughy Bunington about the sour patch. Doughy answers that it was but he didn’t know what happened, calling himself a walking disaster. The group then starts throwing sour donuts towards the Mazzadril, but then runs out of donuts. Hammy then comes out with a bag of sour donuts, so the group starts throwing them again and puts the Mazzadril to sleep. Afterwards, it is revealed that Hammy switched out Doughy’s masterpiece badge for the sour lemon donuts. Hammy wants to explain it by dancing, but Hanazuki says no and brings Doughy to talk with Hammy.

Doughy states that Hammy was always able to see through him, and that he shouldn’t have tried becoming popular. He then says to Hammy about if she wants to go back to being a star after this. Hammy then explains that she tried being a star, but no planets wanted to orbit her, leaving her alone in space for many years because she didn’t want her twin brother to have a failure for a sister. She then states that she’s writing a one bunch show about it, as she and Doughy hug each other. Doughy then suggests that it should be called “A Star is Spunned!”

Hanazuki: Full of Treasures is an animated series by Titmouse and Hasbro Studios made for the Hanazuki toy line. The first episode aired on January 12th, 2017 on YouTube, and the last episode aired on May 4th, 2019 on Discovery Family. Due to low sales of toys, Titmouse stopped production of the series, leaving it in development hell until Hasbro could find another studio to animate it. The series was also renewed for a third season and a feature film, but it's unknown if any works of the former exist.

During the announcement of production stopping, it was revealed that 8 episodes were remaining in production, with 7 shorts having yet to release. Prior to December 2020, several Titmouse crew members uploaded props, backgrounds, storyboards and animatics for the unfinished episodes onto their portfolios, with a few deleting them to hide any spoilers at the time. There was also a frame from a Season 2 short that was leaked by a now lost promo for Hanazuki: Full of Treasures on the Pop Fun app.[1]

In November 2020, a user at the Hanazuki Wiki uploaded 3 backgrounds from a now offline portfolio from Sandy Hong, who worked on the show.[2][3][4][5]

Around December 2020, some portfolios were discovered that had content ranging from 3 different objects for 3 different episodes,[6][7] Storyboards for Season 2, Episode 15,[8] and two animatics for Season 2, Episode 12, one that contains the ending of the episode and one that contains the post-credit scene of the episode.[9]

On February 12th, 2021, a post on Amino was made that included two storyboard pieces that most likely come from the unfinished episodes.[10]

On March 11th, 2021, an animatic for an unknown episode was found on an Amino post.[11] Its origin was from a YouTube video by Titmouse crew member Brian Ellis, who uploaded the video onto his portfolio but then privated later, most likely to hide any spoilers for the show.[12]

On June 11th, 2021, Tillie Sain, a former Titmouse storyboard artist, confirmed on twitter that Season 2's finale would of been a 2-part finale.[13] Later in July 22nd, sketched thumbnails for an unfinished episode would be leaked by her,[14] and then in November 6th, 2022, she would leak more sketched thumbnails on Tumblr.[15]

On July 18th, 2023, Natasha Fishman would update her storyboards page on her portfolio website, which included animatic versions of the storyboards she made, including the storyboards for Season 2, Episode 15 of Hanazuki: Full of Treasures. The animatic dates back to September 1st, 2017.

Season 2

Season 2 had 8 episodes remaining in production. So far, many things ranging from props to animatics have been found online.

Episode 12

The ending animatic starts with a mazzadril roaring against Hanazuki’s group, with Hanazuki questioning Doughy Bunington about the sour patch being full. Doughy answers that it was full but he didn’t know what happened, calling himself a walking disaster. The group then starts throwing sour donuts toward the Mazzadril, but then runs out of donuts. Hammy then comes out with a bag of sour donuts, so the group throws them again and puts the Mazzadril to sleep. Afterward, it is revealed that Hammy switched out Doughy’s masterpiece badge for the sour lemon donuts. Hammy wants to explain it by dancing, but Hanazuki says no and brings Doughy to talk with Hammy.

Doughy states that Hammy was always able to see through him, and that he shouldn’t have tried becoming popular. He then says to Hammy if she wants to go back to being a star after this. Hammy then explains that she tried being a star, but no planets wanted to orbit her, leaving her alone in space for many years because she didn’t want her twin brother to have a failure for a sister. She then states that she’s writing a one-bunch show about it, as she and Doughy hug each other. Doughy then suggests that it should be called “A Star is Spunned!”

Sleepy Unicorn comments on how sweet and sour donuts taste good together, and Hanazuki misinterprets his comment as his response to the twins talking things out. Sleepy then corrects her about it. The credits then roll.

During the post-credit animatic, Doughy goes back to Basil Ganglia's cave to sleep while explaining what happened today to Basil Ganglia.

It is unknown who voice acts for Hammy.

The sketched thumbnails leaked by Tillie appear to connect to this episode, furthermore, she wrote a line for Hammy saying “I just know that beast wants to go ham on my fabulous gams!” for the latest animatic pass at that time. Since the line wasn’t said in the animatic with Hammy, this implies that there’s another animatic with Hammy for the episode.[16]

Episode 15

The episode starts with Hanazuki waking up and being amazed by the snow from her window. The scene then transitions to Hanazuki walking up her window. Dazzlessence Jones comes into Hanazuki's house panicking about the snow. Hanazuki opens the curtains of her window and looks excited about it, with Dazzlessence Jones telling her that when it snows, hemkas wrap everything in sight, calling it an inexplicable urge.

Dream Diamond

This is the name of an animatic featuring dream variants of Dazzlessence Jones and Sleepy Unicorn. What’s strange about this animatic is that there is no production code, unlike episode 12’s animatic.

The animatic starts off with Hanazuki lying on the ground while Dazzlessence Jones is chasing Dreamy Sleepy. Throughout the animatic, objects are changing around the environment, such as the Red Treasure Tree turning into its “A Moonflower is Born” form or the Red Hemka becoming real.

Hanazuki then has a short existential crisis, as the dream Hanazuki flowers question about if dreams have dreams, who they are, and if hemkas look better with or without hairdos. Dazzlessence Jones then eats a dream hanazuki flower and tells Hanazuki about his problem, which is to get dream Sleepy to tell Sleepy to be Jones’ friend again. Little Dreamer then dashes through Jones to hit multiple mountains, causing them to appear in different colors and leading up to a multi-color path, revealing Dream Dazzle.

Dazzlessence Jones is surprised by this as Dream Dazzle lands on the ground that has Doughy Bunington's face and hand. Dazzlessence Jones then asks Dream Dazzle if he could tell Sleepy to stop ignoring him and force him to be friends with him again. Dream Dazzle denies and tells Dazzlessence Jones to learn to mend his friendship with Sleepy. Dazzlessence Jones is ok with this answer. Six rocks then get onto Hanazuki’s hands and form to become Twisted Unicorn’s head, and then the rocks yawn. Dream Dazzle states that this is a nightmare, and Dazzlessence Jones mishears it as his response to Sleepy not listening to him. Hanazuki then tells Dazzlessence Jones that Dream Dazzle meant something else. It is revealed to be a giant Twisted Unicorn riding on clouds of thunder.

As Dreamy Sleepy notices in shock, Dream Dazzle’s finger-sized version of himself tells Dazzlessence Jones and Hanazuki to get out of there. The three then run away from the giant Twisted Unicorn riding on clouds of thunder.
