Before its non-existence was confirmed, it was generally believed to to be a puzzle game and apparently cost $29.99, according to a listing by JJGames.[1] It's also listed on IGN,[2] and there was even an eBay listing for it.[3] The game was rumored to have been cancelled in favor of Ed, Edd n Eddy: Jawbreakers!, which was released on the Game Boy Advance.
