I went onto the Pokémon website with The Wayback Machine, and was able to find the Pokémon Fun Zone!

Sadly, since flash shut down, you can no longer see the games. But, with Ruffle, a flash emulator for the internet, you can play the games again!
And i will try to see if i can download the games separately as .swf files.
