Hey, I reckon I might know what you were talking about. I grew up in the early 2000s and I used to play some Winnie the Pooh games, both online and discs. If it was a disc, there was a trippy game I played and it was called Party Time with Winnie the Pooh. If it were online, and this website looked way more like Welcome to Pooh Corner, there was this website I could get to through the Playhouse Disney site (somehow) for The Book of Pooh, which was a live-action puppet show of Winnie the Pooh (not Welcome to Pooh Corner, this show had hand-sized puppets, and was made in 2001). This site was kinda weird and had still shots from the show, kinda crappy games and a constant loop of the theme song in the background.
