I was wondering if the dub counted as Noddy Shop, but those could count as "partially found", but maybe they do since it only aired on Noddy Shop and nowhere else. Fun fact: The show itself was supposed to be on VHS itself (https://variety.com/1998/tv/news/polygram-nabs-noddy-vid-1117468657/), but they wound up releasing the segments alone instead. Gathering from what the releases were, here's the episodes that probably were going to be on VHS before they decided "hey, let's just do the segments instead!":
