Yup. I'm the mod of the Goosebumps Wiki; back in mid-2017, me and the other mod tossed around the idea of starting a wiki for the Ghosts of Fear Street series. (A plan that ultimately fell through, probably because it would be too much work.) I kept trying to find information about book 36, but I couldn't find any for-sale listings.
