2008 upload of both the channels suspensions

Stumbled upon this 2008 upload of a channel surf on 9/11, at 8:50 in this clip the short versions of both HGTV and Food Network suspensions are shown. Recording on the video itself was taken on 4:20 PM (Don't know the time zone the clip was captured in) on 9/11, with both channels having the "Today" variation of the message. Both of higher quality than the CRT capture at the top of the page as the upload is in 720p, although is still limited to the definition of the medium it was originally recorded in
My guess is that the suspension probably lasted around 3 days, with program suspension likely happening with a direct cut to the suspension slide.
