Yeah, it actually really surprises me too, considering they stopped airing just 4 years ago, let alone ran on for 2 decades. Like gosh, I can't believe that not a single soul has uploaded a short online, or, heck, ANY HBO Family interstitial for that matter... it actually saddens me.. there's a whole lot more missing HBO Family shorts like 411.

Oh yeah, I actually contacted the producer of the series named Mike Gatti and yeah, he said that Cuppa Coffee owned all the footage. Unfortunately the company closed in 2017, so who even knows where it all went, but Gatti definitely doesn't have an episode on file. There's a tad bit more about this on the 411 page on Lost Media Archive, which I also happened to create.

Do you remember any of the episodes or the dialogue in any of them? I can vividly remember the dog character using a telephone, but I'm not entirely sure (I always presumed that's where they got the "411" name from). I'm also not entirely sure if this is my imagination, but I swear I can hear like a little girl (maybe even a boy) announcing the name of the show? Yeah, I haven't seen this in like 10 years so I can't really confirm.
