The setup is an exe called "SuperSoaker.exe". It was packed with some weird packer, so my antivirus freaked out when I opened it. Once installed it stores multiple exes: "Start.exe", "SuperSoaker.exe" and some .dat files.

The game files are basically weirdly packed into that SuperSoaker.exe again, once decompiled it had a folder structure like this: "data, images, maps, models, sounds, client.txt, empty.txt and StickyKey_dll.dll".

Anyways, the game was found way back on March 18, 2023, but the editors here wouldn't let me mark it as found. Here's the download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sz7_NJJpSiJpU3rpCFNYIeCKT06eQqAY/view

It was handed to me by a generous user of the old WaterWar.net forum, who surprisingly answered my emails almost directly and gave me a copy from his 2006 computer backup. (The version he gave is the original version - there were multiple builds, this one contains only one map, and there were atleast two more maps.) The game is a pain in the ---- to install, and requires some missing .dlls in System32 from the Windows XP-era, but once you find those it worked surprisingly well. You can't play the game however, as it requires a server. So if someone can write an emulator for it...

We also got in contact with and talked to Maurice Döpke, the guy who uploaded the latest SSC video. He said he got both the server and the client binaries from Helles Köpfchen, but is unwilling to ever release it.
