Todd (in-color)

I was backward image-searching some images on the wiki, and found a site owned by the person who voice acted in Sammy specifically Todd, the buff guy. He wrote something on Sammy on the site, talking about how he voiced Todd in it. Todd was apparently the "dim-witted brother" of David Spade on the show.
