Tarzan and the Jewels of Opar (or Tarzan and the Jewel of Opar) is an unfinished film from 1964. It was to star Don Bragg, an American Olympian who won the gold medal in the pole vault in 1960.[1] Bragg was also known for his outspoken desire to play the role of Tarzan, which extended to doing a "Tarzan shout" during competitions.
Production on this film stopped when the estate of Edgar Rice Burroughs sued for copyright infringement. Production never resumed, and little other information about the production of the film or what survived is available, nor is any footage available period.
