The Dieting Gourmet is a diet cooking show hosted by Nutritionist and Home Economist Winfred Scott.

Status

Little else is known about the title, it would featured cooking methods, cooking hints, inflation fighting tips, guests and preparation of meals directed toward the diet conscious audience. The show was aired every Saturday from February 8, 1975 to at least July 5, 1975 on Syndication.[1][2][3]

The show never has been re-aired for many years and only newspaper advertisements exists.
