Rainbow Chips (レインボー・チップス) was a planned action game for the Nintendo Game Boy, developed by Kaneko.
It was going to be released in January 1991 for the price of 3,200 yen, but was cancelled for unknown reasons.
Gameplay
The playing protagonist was a girl. She would be crossing moving floors and obstacles while taking down enemies and heading toward a goal.
The player would choose between three types of abilities for their character, as well as four types of magic. However, because they’ll deplete their life, they have to be used with care. By the time the player reaches the highest floor of the tower, various enemies would appear.[1]
