Alright. Time to debunk the f*ck out of what you just said. Because yeah... NationSquid's videos have been known to have hoax footage on more than one occasion (I watched literally 3 of his other vids just to confirm and of them I found 2 fakes.)

"The footage and audio is aged in a manner that would match up with any surviving video evidence..." Incorrect. The segments were shot in color and you don't loose color because of the age of the film. I'm thinking the illusion they were going for was "footage shot from a black & white TV" If this person was recording it off a b&w TV that means it was airing live. That stuff is stored in metadata on the raw footage and isn't displayed over the air. You'd get the VCR's metadata if the VCR had metadata.... that is... if home recording was even commonplace in the 70s, and it wasn't. It would have been really expensive for a normie to record the news. You'd be more likely to see it used for recording movies. Is it possible someone did? The odds would be so low it would be laughable to suggest it. Who would waste all that money? Research that bit yourself. There's WAY too much to dissect in one comment. Plus they'd have several cameras that they'd switch to while recording. This is something we SEE during other segments. I could get into the physics of tape aging, both VHS and reel, but it would take hours. Besides, rather than just assume I'm right I'd rather people actually do the research. Too many people are too quick to buy into this story. I would rather people actually question what they're seeing.

"...recreating a news set down to the t?" Except he didn't the footage is in black and white so we don't know if the desk matches up at all (though there appear to be minor discrepancies that can be made out with a close eye.) I can think of a few ways to make a few folding tables look like a half-circular desk like that, all they'd need is some construction paper and cardboard. Its pretty damn ***convenient*** that the quality is so bad too. We can't see the woman's face. Meanwhile we have high quality photographs of the desk. Other bits: He doesn't mention how the footage was obtained, only that it was "sealed." He then says "viewer digression advised." He does not confirm the footage legitimacy anywhere. This is an obfuscation of information to convince the audience that it is the real footage, though LEGALLY he cannot claim the footage is real if he made the fake. Since he never OFFICIALLY states it, he can get away with posting it. It's why the video is privated now. Because he was almost certainly given a slap on the wrist for faking this footage. There's a good chance he was given a cease and desist.

OH and as someone who has SEEN several suicide by handgun vids before (liveleaks my guy, all surface web sh*t) can confirm the shot aspects of death looks really shady.
