Meaning
This song is inspired by a fact that actually happened: The Bobbit case of 1993. Lorena Leonor Gallo cut the p*nis of her husband, accusing him of sexual abuse, but both were acquitted in the trial. Caparezza sides with the women who are used and abused by the men they were in love with, urging them to "cut through" the situation.
