Track Rats is a 2010 live-action reality show produced by Crazy Leg Productions, and aired on Cartoon Network.[1] The show followed three young car racers and their journey to becoming part of the NASCAR circuit. Produced by Michael Lucker, the show was set to air on Cartoon Network in 2010, but never ended up airing.

Plot

In Track Rats, three amateur races from around the country come to compete in various contests. It is unknown which kind of contests these racers were to compete in. The winner would go on to become a part of NASCAR.

Availability

According to TV.com, the show had five episodes. It is unknown if any of the episodes ever aired. Cartoon Network and Crazy Leg Productions never stated any reason why the show never aired. It is speculated that it did not do well with a test audience. It is likely that it was intended to air as part of Cartoon Network's failed live-action television bloc, CN Real. When CN Real was canceled in mid-2010 [2]. Track Rats likely was canceled alongside it.

The only video proof that the show existed is one trailer released by Cartoon Network. It is not known if the first episode aired, what the contents of the show were, or what the reason was behind its cancelation. No other show materials besides a brief trailer have resurfaced online.
