Status: Partially Found

Os Amigos Vegetais (translated into English as The Vegetable Friends), was a live-action Brazilian children's television program which was a spin-off of the American Christian CGI-animated video series VeggieTales.

In 1996, VeggieTales launched in Brazil as Os Vegetais, and in 2004 or 2005, the popularity of the show led to Top Tape wanting to produce a spin-off series, named Os Amigos Vegetais in partnership with Big Idea Brasil and Universal Pictures. The series aired 11 one-hour episodes on Rede Record, premiering on March 5th, 2005, and airing every Saturday at 10:00 AM and reached third place in network ratings. The show was directed and produced by Marlene Mattos, who was also the producer of Xuxa, and Tininha Araújo. It aired reruns on Rede Boas Novas.

Very little is known about the show, as it is not easy to find on the Internet. As of now, only one complete episode and 7 minutes of another episode can be found online.
