Kaitou Saint Tail (怪盗セイント・テール) is a magical-girl anime series produced by TMS Entertainment and aired a total of 43 episodes between October 12, 1995 through September 12, 1996. Kaitou Saint Tail is based off the manga of the same name by Megumi Tachikawa, which was published between October 1995 and December 1996. The series is about 14 year old middle schooler, Meimi Haneoka, who transforms into the mysterious thief Saint Tail and is aided by her best friend, Seira Mimori, a nun-in-training, who guides Meimi to those who have stolen and retrieve any stolen items back to their original owners, Despite her wholesome intentions, the entire police force including Meimi's classmate, Asuka Junior are trying to put a stop to Saint Tail.
In 1997, a Filipino-based television and radio company, known as Radio Philippines Network, Inc., produced an English dub of the series under the title Sweet Tales of Saint Tail where it aired on Fridays 7:30pm from 1997 through 1998 on RPN-9. [1] [2] [3]

Availability
In December 2010, a blog page named Philippine TV Anime, uploaded the first three episodes through YouTube and embedded the videos onto individual posts on their blog, however the videos themselves have long since been deleted and the blog hasn't been used since the end of 2010. [6] No home video releases are known to exist and due to the unpopularity of the English dub when it aired [7], any home video release is higly unlikely. Unlike this English dub, an unrelated English dub produced by Tokyopop from 2001 is available to watch online although only 15 out of 43 episodes were dubbed.
