Get him to the Greek is a 2010 comedy film about an ambitious executive at a record label getting an assignment, he must escourt British rock legend Aldous Snow to L.A's Greek theater for a show.

Ex-celebrity-couple Katy Perry & Russell Brand famously met on the set of 2010's Get Him To The Greek. A scene was shot where Katy Perry would have made a cameo where she made out with Aldous Snow (Russell's character).

The scene was cut in the end due to, as Perry herself said, the filmmakers feeling that the scene made the movie "too literal" since she and Brand became a couple during filming.[1] It has not since been released in any form.
