On June 14 2014, Scott Cawthon uploaded the Five Nights At Freddy's trailer to his channel. Soon after, a user called wallmeat comments about another trailer. This gained people's interest and years later on July 15 2020, a reddit user named Salcaliekmek was able to contact wallmeat on twitter. He said it wasn't on Scott's channel anymore and the trailer had a much different and scarier looking Endoskeleton with red eyes. A user called InvisibleFox23 comments with a picture of the Endoskeleton. For a while people kept searching but couldn't find anything, until another reddit user named TheFreddyChannel found a Wayback Machine link to Scott's old Google Plus account and there was 3 deleted videos. Two of them was later reuploaded to Scott's channel but there was one video just called Five Nights. This is believed to be the lost trailer and the url was found but it leads to a dead video and to this day the trailer remains lost.

Five Nights at Freddy's is a point-and-click survival horror video game developed and published by Scott Cawthon in 2014. It is the first installment in the Five Nights at Freddy's series. The game centers around a fictional pizza restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza where the player must act as a night security guard by defending themselves from the malfunctioning, homicidal and haunted animatronic characters by tracking their movement through the facility using security cameras.
