Status: Existence Unconfirmed

Curious George is an animated adaptation of the children's book series of the same name that ran on PBS Kids from 2006-2015 and from 2018-present, the show serves as a continuation of the 2006 film of the same name.

The series consists of two characters, an African monkey name George and his human mentor known as "The Man in the Yellow Hat" as they go on many misadventures around the city.

Test Pilot

There are rumors of a test pilot made for the series in 2004 (or 2005). The pilot was developed at the same time the movie was,[1] and then supposedly shown to preschoolers during that time. Despite this, no footage or any other information from the pilot had resurfaced as of 2021, although an older version of the show's logo, along with an image of an earlier version of the episode "Zeroes to Donuts" was posted on the Curious George website, speculating it might have been an early version of that episode.[2]
