I remember seeing this show airing the CN Philippines, in fact this was part of my early exposure to anime. I'd usually see it airing at around the afternoon after my older sister came home from school, maybe around 4pm at least. My recollections of years prior are very hazy, especially of something I saw when I was around 4 or 5.
