Unfortunately, I can barely find any info on this company and the last thing they seem to have made was in 2006 (according to IMDB). They may not even be in business anymore. There is this company http://www.highlandfilmgroup.com/ but their LinkedIn page says they were founded in 2010, and that doesn't seem to fit.

All I have is an address that was apparently from one of their shows "Real Scary Stories" (also from Discovery Kids):

Well, the page that's from is already linked here, but I suppose you tried.

I've also emailed the folks at Discovery Access with no response yet. We'll see what comes of it.

UPDATE: Just got a response back. She says this is indeed in their archives, but they only do licensing of footage, so of course she couldn't readily give anything (would probably have to shell out a LOT of money for this). She did give me the name of the company responsible for production/distribution: Highland Entertainment, Inc.

Interesting thing is that Neil Smith's reel also has clips from Real Scary Stories. I also notice that Don Wells worked on several other projects made by this company, so he probably has some kind of relation. Still haven't heard anything from him, by the way. I may even try to call him if I have the time.
